She's a Danther

Emma has loved dance since she could communicate that she loved dance.

From the time she could talk, she told me she wanted to be a dancer.

Her plan is to grow up and teach dance.
She figures she can do that and be a Mom at the same time.

I figure she's right.

She is good.

She pays attention to details like pointing toes, and fingers just so.

And she's stubborn enough to learn how to do things,
like the splits.

She couldn't do it when she started dance,
but now she can.

And does.

Everywhere.

And she loves the attention.

She loves when people watch her.

So not like her mother.

One nice thing about dance,
is her cousin Becky is in her class.

They are best friends,
so it's nice they can do this together too.

Getting ready for a cartwheel!

I know this is fuzzy,
I just thought it was hilarious.

Another thing Emma likes is the camaraderie.
She is a social butterfly.
Wherever she goes, she makes a friend.
And she loves visiting with all the girls at dance.

Because of Emma's size,
she is a "Flyer."

She gets lifted up and tossed around.

She loves it.

I am very proud of her.

If you don't get the title of this post
please watch this.

I couldn't embed it,
so you'll just have to go there yourself.

Don't be so lazy!!

Go. Watch.
