The Ballad of Nate and Cole

They play hockey together.

They are both super competitive.

They are both playing on a team for which they are actually too young.

Tonight at soccer,

while the coach was going over positions,

and what each person’s job is.

Nate and Cole made their own fun.

See that well-behaved kid in the back just listening?

I had fun watching them. 

And wondering WHAT they were saying to each other.
