Shnarg…..

I was organizing books today.



I have a lot of books.


Being a homeschooling Mom, I tend to grab up any book I see on sale.
And I love Chapters, as I’ve said before, and always spend too much money there as well.
I’ve also inherited some from my Mom, who was, and still is, a homeschooling Mom.

So, a lot of books.

It was dumb the way I had them set up.


So I switched it.



And then while switching I had to organize, sort and cull.




Now.




I am allergic to dust.

Actually, anything that has sat around for a while
makes me sneeze and swell.


And these books were dusty….

If I go into a Thrift shop, it’s in and out for me, baby.

So, I’m sorting these books, and my nose is running like a faucet,
my eyes and ears and throat are itching like crazy,
(by the way, ever tried scratching your throat with your tongue?)
and I’m sneezing so hard it worries the kids.

And I think to myself, “Self. This is ridiculous.”

All I want to do is sort out my books!!!

I did, by the way.  I finished sorting.

But I was mad at my white blood cells!!!

The moral of the story is,

If you ever come to my house and my closets are a mess, and my shelves are disorderly, you’ll know why.

’Cause I don’t feel like loosing half my bodily fluid out my nose.

On the way to take Emma to dance tonight, I got some cool pictures.


And nothing really happens unless I share it here,

I actually pulled over the van to get a picture of
two wild turkey’s in the field.

As soon as the van pulled over, though, they started running.

I quick jumped out and turned my camera to on, without checking the settings,
and tried to catch them flying away.



I didn’t, as you can see.
But still, turned out to be a cool shot, eh?





So I took another one.

And this is the Goderich to Auburn Rail Trail.
Someday I’m going to ride it.
All the way.

It’s a tunnel of trees!
And I want to see where the trail goes.
Well, I know it goes to Auburn.
I just want to see the sights along the way.

And, of course, a few sky shots from the drive home.
